Why did my computer require Duo again before the Remember Device time was up?

For Web Applications (e.g., Banner):
Duo uses cookies to track a user's session within their web browser. Below are some examples of when Duo may prompt you for TFA twice or more within one day:
- Clearing the cache of the browser you logged into the application with
- Switching/closing browsers throughout the day
- logging out of and/or restarting your computer
For Windows Logins:
The Duo Windows Logon client will require a remembered device to prompt early under the following conditions:
- user signed out of the device and signed back in
- user signed in while the device was offline
- user signed in via Remote Desktop
- the computer was restarted
- the computer joined a different network
- This includes undocking a laptop and switching to wifi
